Much belatedly I write to thank you for developing the Move Solutions website for us.
We had meetings with a number of designers but after meeting with you and your team we knew that Web Down Under could manage to turn our concepts into reality within our extremely tight budget and time lines. We were right!
It was important to us that the design team we worked with understood our business and the outcomes we wanted. While the majority of those outside our industry know a little about our business you were able to grasp the more complicated aspects immediately and after our initial consultation, I felt extremely comfortable that you knew what we did, how we did it and our long term strategies for success.
The scheduled meetings during the development phase were incredibly useful for us to ensure that the data base was progressing in line with our targeted outcomes. You and your team were also very patient and spent more than a fair amount of time on the phone answering our questions and the numerous emails that we confronted you with.
We chose to have Web Down Under host and maintain our site for us. We can only say that we are glad that we made that decision as we have been delighted with your after sales service.
We love
www.movesolutions.com.au and we are looking forward to working with you again for the upgrades and additions we have in mind.
I would be happy for you to use this letter as a reference for future clients and to speak with them and provide further information.
Kind regards,
(Ms) Lesley Mendoza

Civic Nexus is the consortium responsible for the redevelopment of the Spencer Street Station and surrounding precinct, in partnership with the Victorian Government. The project is one of the largest infrastructure developments in Australia and as such, is one which attracts significant public profile.
In light of this profile and in the interests of keeping the public informed about the redevelopment, it was decided that a web site would be developed.
Civic Nexus approached Web Down Under on the advice of other parties who had previously utilised their services. We found their ability to formalise our ideas and thinking into a great looking user friendly web site a pleasant surprise.
Web Down Under took the time to listen to our conceptual ideas and provided us with the relevant input so that the site development was effectively a joint collaboration from concept to ideas and site development.
The final product is an exceptional site which is both easy to use and which can be updated effortlessly by us. The hosting services provided by Web Down Under has also ensured a trouble free site.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Shaun Mitchell and his team at Web Down Under to any prospective clients.
Yours sincerely,
Malcolm Pearce

I wish to congratulate you and your development team for completing the new NTC website on time and on budget.
I believe we have built a world-leading policy web site together and this is certainly backed up with the fantastic feedback we’ve been getting from a diverse group of stakeholders.
I must admit I was not surprised when the independent review of your performance against the previous hosting and development contract was so positive. This was one of the factors in Web Down Under being appointed to build and host the new site.
In terms of the process you followed, I particularly appreciated the robust consultation and needs analysis you built in. Your own strong hands-on approach also gave me confidence when we were grappling with tough issues like how to fit all of that information onto the home page!
The National Transport Commission is set to play an important role in policy reform across Australia’s $63 billion transport and logistics industry. Good communication is a vital part of the process and having an excellent web site will certainly make our job a lot easier.
Thank you again for your involvement in this project.

"The Web Down Under Team have helped move us towards the Intranet Technology as a way of communicating with our internal groups in the most secure, seamless and dynamic way possible" says Malcolm Calladine, Manager Metrics, Telstra - Process, Performance and Metrics. "Prior to linking in with Web Down Under we used a number of manual document interactions and a lot of e-mail traffic to communicate our Metric results and actions. By use of ASP WEB technology, leveraging from our existing NT_SQL server, Web Down Under has been able to capture our requirements and work with us all the way on a solution that is fast becoming the corporate standard for performance reporting."
"But it doesn't end there. The backend processing of gigabytes of data into performance results has also been improved by Web Down Under . By incorporating an in-house VB Schedular into the equation, most of the number crunching now goes on outside the core working hours freeing up machine time during the busy times. Planning, design, development, support... nothing appears to be too much to ask and in most cases I don't have to. Job run times are monitored and alarmed, and if processing problems occurred they are fixed, sometimes remotely saving money on call out costs. This team at Web Down Under does it all."
